Shipping policy

COVID-19 UPDATE 

Due to the impact of COVID-19, order processing and shipping time may be delayed. This is due to decreased air activity across the world. Items may take longer to reach you. 

Delivery Timeframes: 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note all processing times are approximate and can be slightly longer when placing an order during a sale period. 

Delivery times after processing time is currently 2-5 business days within United States & 10-15 business days for international orders. 

Missing an item in parcel 

If you receive your order and an item is missing in your order, please contact us immediately at Nisha.patla@yahoo.com 

Track your order 

When your order is ready to ship, an email with tracking details will be sent to your email address used to place your order. 

If you haven't received an email with an update, please check your spam. 

Return to sender 

We do not take any responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. 

If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please check with your local post office. 

Incorrect Order 

If you have provided the wrong delivery address in error, please email us immediately at nisha.patla@yahoo.com 

Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer's expense. 

The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
