Refund policy

Anam's Designs allow product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order.

If you would still like to exchange your item for a different color please inform us within 48 hours from the time of the product delivery.

Please note you will need to pay for the postage to send and receive your new item if an exchange or return is required.

Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the color along with the screen shot if you might have for reference. You may also email us at Nisha.patla@yahoo.com

The items can be exchanged for another color of the same style only. In case your desired color is unavailable in that style with us, you could then exchange it for another style of a similar value.

Your exchange request will not be accepted in case the product is damaged, torn, or used.

We do not allow refunds of orders once placed. However, we can offer store credit/ gift card that can be redeemed within 90 days of returning the items.

We do not grant refunds & exchanges on international orders.

Items bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.

Please Note- During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
