Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking link. Simply click on the link to view real-time updates on your delivery status. You can also log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section to track your package anytime.

We accept exchange ONLY (NO RETURNS) within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate an exchange, please visit our page or contact our support team. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange as requested.

Please note: Items that were on sale can never be exchanged since they are final sales.

To start a return or exchange, simply head to our Returns page and follow the step-by-step instructions. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation and details on how to send the item back. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive the original item.
